A well‑established boutique digital marketing agency based in North Sydney is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist as part of its continued growth.
The team is small, collaborative, and hands‑on. Everyone rolls up their sleeves, contributes ideas, and takes ownership of results.
The Role
This role is suited to a hands‑on performance marketer who enjoys being in the platforms day to day.
While strategy is part of the role, the core focus is execution, optimisation, and delivery. You will be responsible for building, managing, and improving paid media campaigns, while applying strategic thinking to improve performance rather than sitting above the work.
You will work primarily across:
- Meta Ads (approx. 60%)
- Google Ads (approx. 40%)
This is not a heavy account management role. You will work closely with the account and creative teams, allowing you to stay focused on running campaigns and driving results.
Who This Role Suits
- Performance marketing, ideally agency‑side
- Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and solid Google Ads capability
- Someone who enjoys being accountable for results and working directly in ad platforms
- Comfortable with testing, optimisation, and problem‑solving
