About the Business
Our client is an iconic Australian skincare and salon brand with a long-standing heritage and strong presence across the professional beauty industry. With a national salon network, premium product offering, and exciting growth plans underway, the business is looking to appoint a commercially driven Regional Manager to oversee a multistate territory and support the continued growth and performance of its salon partners.
The Role
This is a field-based high impact sales role responsible for driving wholesale revenue, salon performance, franchise engagement, and territory growth across VIC, TAS, SA, and WA. Working closely with franchise and distributor salons, you will help improve commercial performance, strengthen relationships, and ensure consistent execution of the brand model across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive weekly and monthly wholesale revenue targets
- Support franchise and distributor salons to improve performance and profitability
- Coach salons on key KPIs including retail mix, treatment revenue, and rebooking performance Develop business plans across sales, marketing, and training initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business channels
- Build strong long-term relationships with salon owners and franchise partners
- Support underperforming salons through proactive improvement strategies
Key Skills
- Experience in field sales, territory management, or regional management within beauty, skincare, cosmeceuticals, or salon environments
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and commercial performance
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with franchise or distributor networks highly regarded
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Existing salon industry relationships highly advantageous
