WOW Recruitment are recruiting a Sales Executive for one of Australia's fastest-growing independent digital agencies - a business that manages over $20 million in annual ad spend and has built a reputation for doing what most agencies won't: delivering transparent, results-driven performance marketing that actually moves the needle for clients.

As Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle - from discovery to signed contract - working with prospective clients who are spending anywhere from $5K to $100K+ per month on paid media.
This isn't a script-reading role. You'll run consultative, strategy-led discovery conversations, diagnose where a prospect's marketing is leaking, and translate those insights into a tailored performance marketing strategy that gives them genuine confidence to invest.
You'll build and present proposals, manage your pipeline with discipline in HubSpot, and partner with the delivery team to ensure every handover sets clients up for success.
What You'll Bring
- Experience selling digital marketing, paid media or agency services in a B2B environment, with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Knowledge of paid media - you can speak to it with genuine fluency
- The ability to diagnose a prospect's funnel - ad spend, CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, creative strategy and translate that into a compelling strategy pitch
- Commercially sharp with the confidence to hold on price

Salary
$110k + super + comms (OTE $200k first year)
