Sydney Based - Hybrid/Remote position! 
$85K + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE: $125k in your first year)

About the Business

Our client is a global leader in water solutions and commercial rental systems, operating a large-scale customer portfolio across Australia. With a strong brand reputation, established enterprise customer base, and thousands of active accounts, the business is now expanding its commercial sales team to unlock significant growth opportunities within its existing customer network.

This is a high-performing, commercially focused environment with strong training, structured onboarding, and genuine career progression across sales and leadership pathways.

The Role

This is a sales-first account growth role, responsible for reactivating dormant customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across a large established portfolio.

Although you will inherit a set portfolio of customers, this is not a traditional account management role — success comes from proactive selling, outbound engagement, and identifying untapped opportunities within existing accounts.

You will be working closely with customers to uncover needs, present solutions, and close new business opportunities on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Re-engage dormant and inactive customer accounts within an assigned portfolio
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Drive machine placements and contract expansion across accounts
  • Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting within accounts through to close
  • Conduct outbound calls, video meetings, and occasional face-to-face customer visits
  • Work toward monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Build strong commercial relationships while actively growing revenue
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity using CRM systems (Salesforce)
Key Skills
  • 1–3+ years experience in a sales or target-driven environment
  • Proven ability to sell a product or service (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong outbound sales capability and confidence initiating conversations
  • Demonstrated success working toward KPIs or revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • High level of drive, resilience and commercial mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a structured sales environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
