With enquiry levels continuing to grow, they are expanding their sales team and looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to help convert a growing pipeline of inbound opportunities.

💰 $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
🚀 $140K+ OTE in your first year

💼 The Role
- Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to close
- Build strong rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Convert qualified inbound leads into sales
- Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow up opportunities
- Confidently negotiate, overcome objections and close deals
- Manage and prioritise a busy sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM
- Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings when required
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing Inside Sales team
We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Internal Sales / Sales Executive / Sales Consultant who is confident on the phone and motivated by results.
You’ll ideally have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a phone-based, full-cycle sales role
- Proven experience converting inbound leads and enquiries
- A strong track record of closing sales and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Natural negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Confidence working with a high volume of opportunities
- Resilience and the ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
- A positive, team-first attitude
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress
- $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
