- Outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident negotiator and closer
- KPI-driven and self-motivated
- CRM savvy; Salesforce a bonus
💼 Your Role
- Execute strategic sales plans to hit delegate targets
- Inbound leads
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build relationships with delegates and industry stakeholders
- Manage your sales pipeline and performance in CRM
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to align efforts
- Call senior executives from small to enterprise companies for events
- Re-engage existing clients to drive repeat attendance
