🎯 About the Role
Based in Alexandria, you’ll qualify inbound leads, build your pipeline and maximise sales opportunities. We’re looking for a confident, motivated salesperson who can quickly build rapport and deliver a great customer experience. Working closely with the Senior Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in qualifying inbound leads and driving new business.
🚀 About You
- 6 – 12 months’ phone-based sales experience
- Confident phone manner with strong rapport-building skills.
- Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and hitting targets.
- Organised, process-driven and strong on follow-up.
- Resilient, motivated and results-driven.
🔧 Your role:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximise conversions.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and sellers.
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs.
- Build strong rapport through confident phone conversations.
- Follow up consistently and drive opportunities to close.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Hit activity, conversion and revenue KPIs.
- Work with the wider sales team on high-value opportunities.
