The opportunity
I am working with one of Australia's most recognised business consultancies - they are a household name in the founder ecosystem with over 15 years of market presence and a community of hundreds of thousands.
Their clients kept asking one question: "Who can we actually trust to run our marketing?" So they built their own digital marketing agency to answer it.
That origin story matters. This isn't a cold-start agency grinding for new business. It's a performance marketing team with a warm ecosystem, strong client relationships, and real commercial momentum.
They're on the lookout for a Senior Performance Manager. Someone who can run a small team, own client outcomes, and still get their hands dirty in paid media when it counts.
What you'll actually do
- Lead a pod of digital specialists (1:1s, escalations, performance coaching)
- Own a portfolio of 5–10 founder-led client accounts end-to-end
- Run Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns
- Diagnose underperforming accounts and drive turnarounds with speed
You'll be a fit if
- You've got 5+ years in performance marketing, with clear agency experience
- You're strong across paid Meta and/or paid search
- You've led people before and know how to hold a team accountable with care
- You're energetic, personable, and genuinely great with clients
