Recruitment
Coordinator
Recruitment Operations Specialist. Candidate Advocate. Process Optimiser.

As a Recruitment Coordinator at WOW Recruitment, Armando Noel III - known as AJ - supports seamless, people-focused hiring outcomes across the business. With a background in psychology and generalist HR, AJ specialises in candidate screening, compliance and recruitment operations, ensuring hiring processes remain organised, efficient and candidate-centric.

With over six years of experience across HR and recruitment, AJ began his career as an HR Coordinator within a hospital setting, gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations. This early experience shaped his strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and the importance of structure and accuracy in fast-paced environments.

AJ later transitioned into remote recruitment roles supporting APAC, US and Philippine clients, where he refined his ability to manage high-volume pipelines, conduct effective candidate screening and coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions. As a Psychology graduate and licensed Psychometrician, AJ brings a strong foundation in candidate assessment, behaviour and cultural fit, adding depth and insight to his recruitment approach.

What AJ enjoys most about his role is supporting both recruiters and candidates by keeping recruitment processes running smoothly, while helping individuals take meaningful steps toward their next career opportunity.

Outside of work, AJ is a family-first person who enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and kids, balanced with binge-watching TV series at home. He lives by the Ted Lasso quote: “I hope that either all of us, or none of us, are judged by the actions of our weakest moments… but rather by the strength we show when, and if, we’re ever given a second chance.”

Known for his reliability, clear communication and attention to detail, AJ is someone colleagues and clients can always count on to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
