With over five years in the recruitment industry specialising in office management and operations, she brings a track record of tangible impact, having led the successful rollout of a new CRM and VOIP system and delivered multiple company events.
Jessie's work style is defined by a blend of care and warmth: highly organised, dependable and efficient, she's a natural problem-solver who colleagues and clients alike can count on to deliver quickly and to a high standard, without ever losing the fun. Having recently relocated to Australia, she's energised by the opportunity to bring her experience to WOW during a period of real growth and momentum, building the next chapter of her career alongside the team. Outside the office, she's a keen runner and swimmer (injuries permitting), lives by the motto "If not now, then when?".
