With over a decade of experience in the sales arena, including six years dedicated to recruitment, Lee brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, relationship-building expertise and deep industry insight spanning the Pharmaceuticals, Energy and Construction sectors.

Before recruitment, Lee’s journey began in a different spotlight as a professional actor from the age of eight, performing lead roles in major UK television series including Waterloo Road, Casualty and Coronation Street. This early exposure to people, communication and adaptability laid the foundation for a successful transition into sales. First, with global wine company Laithwaite’s Wine, where Lee was consistently recognised as a top performer and later in Australia with Alinta Energy, achieving the highest sales averages across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Upon returning to the UK, Lee found a natural home in recruitment combining a strong sales background with a genuine passion for connecting people and opportunity. Progressing rapidly from Talent Executive to Principal Recruitment Consultant, Lee has built a reputation for delivering results through integrity, insight and performance.
